The rare Kashmir Red Flying Squirrel found in Corbett National Park.

Many rare creatures have been seen in Corbett National Park, In this sequence, the Kashmir Red Flying Squirrel (flying squirrel) has also been added. Yes it's wonder but it's true Red Flying Squirrel is rarely seen in Corbett and its adjacent forests, but recently it has been seen by the Corbett administration in the park. Due to which there is a wave of happiness in the park administration.

This squirrel has its skin attached to the front and back. When this squirrel is in the air, it opens both its toes and easily glides into the air. Kashmir Red Flying Squirrel actually does not fly but glides in the air. These squirrels do not fly upward in the air like birds, but rather they jump from one tree to another and glide. It can change its direction while gliding. It can also rotate up to 180 degrees while gliding.

Normally Kashmir Red Flying Squirrel as it's name shows it self is found in countries like Pakistan. It lives by nesting in the hollow trunks of trees. The presence of this rare creature has been seen in Corbett National Park which is really very much wonder to all .
